The old saying rings true “A Picture Is Worth A Thousand Words” and when it comes to listing your property and showcasing it the best way possible, photos are an essential tool in the marketing mix of your home. With over 85% of buyers beginning their search for properties on the internet it goes without saying that the quality and number of photos are of the essence. I have shared with you in this post a small sample of some of my listing photos.
My photographer Luis Travieso has been photographing my listings for the past 10 years and he has a pretty elaborate set-up with lenses, flashes and etc. , he has also shot my aerial photos. A significant part of my advertising dollars is set aside for listing photos with the average cost of listing photos from $550.00 to $1,000 depending on size/square footage of property while aerials range in upwards of $2,000 and I strongly believe in consistency and high quality images.
The image of your property will be the first impression a buyer while get while browsing for homes on the 
internet and it is therefore among other things why it is so important to be particular about the quality of the images. Sellers understand that it might take a couple of rescheduled shoots until the weather cooperates.
I always say if you have poor quality and gloomy photos it translates into having a poor quality and gloomy home as far as the internet is concerned.
