Golden Beach homes that sold in 2010 ranged from waterfront to landlocked, 2 bedrooms to 6 bedrooms, and 1,669 to 5,637 square feet. More than half of those Golden Beach homes – or 9 out of 14 – sold for more than $1 million.

Golden Beach continues to make improvements to its town to make it even more desirable to South Florida home buyers than it already is. In October 2008, the town began construction on a $14.5 million capital improvement project. This town-wide project included: improving Ocean Boulevard with new five-foot sidewalks with concrete pavers and crosswalks, adding a 24-hour monitored infrared security system, installing new drainage systems and replacing unsightly overhead utility lines with an underground system.
These sort of townwide improvement projects, as well as several high profile residents such as Ricky Martin, will continue to be beneficial for overall property values in Golden Beach, Florida.
